Julie Bowen Joins "Bosses", "Broom"
Having scored strong notices for her "Boston Legal" and "Modern Family" work, actress Julie Bowen is jumping to the big screen with two roles in upcoming feature comedies reports Variety.
First up is the dark ensemble workplace comedy "Horrible Bosses" about three guys planning to kill their three overbearing bosses. Bowen will play the wife of the cruelest of the bosses (Kevin Spacey).
Bowen will also play a "high-strung wedding planner with a long list of chores" in the Martha’s Vineyard wedding-set comedy "Jumping the Broom" about the clash between two black families from different socio-economic backgrounds.
