Always install Pro applications such as Final Cut Pro HD, Soundtrack, Soundtrack Pro, DVD Studio Pro, Motion, Shake (Qmaster), Logic, and GarageBand from the original discs. Final Cut Pro programs (including Compressor, LiveType, and Soundtrack Pro) don't open, or quit unexpectedly when opened. This could also happen with DVD Studio Pro, Motion, GarageBand, Logic Pro, and Logic Express. If you do an Archive and Install or if you upgrade to a larger or different hard drive, reinstall your Pro applications from the original discs.
